When my son was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Syndrome Disorder) at 3 years old, so many questions went through my mind. I asked myself "Will he ever get a job", "What will he do if I ever passed". I know pretty deep stuff but I knew I wasn't alone.

Being an HR professional for so many years, I take having Human in my title incredibly serious and I continuously ask the question how can I continue to serve others not only for the Autism community but for all. If I want change to happen and an answer to all my questions about inclusive treatment of humanity, I need to be at the forefront creating and advocating.
